We accept your order and payment with the expectation that our artisans will produce the item in a timely manner, and pledge to you that we will deal with both our customer, and our artisans, with the ultimate in good faith. Should an artisan fail to produce an item, we will gladly refund your money.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Marketplace shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
